Return Window Reminders From Your Order Emails, by Text

By Aneesh Modi ·

You meant to send it back. Then the return window closed, and now it's yours. The same happens with gift cards, vouchers and store credit that quietly run out.

Kiwi keeps track of those dates for you. It reads your order emails, notices the last day to return something or the day a credit stops working, and texts you before it's too late.

How it works

  1. Connect your email. Say "connect Gmail" or "connect Outlook" and Kiwi walks you through it.
  2. Shop as usual. When an order email says how long you have to return it, Kiwi notes the date. When a voucher or credit has an end date, it notes that too.
  3. Hear about it in time. Kiwi tells you two days before a return window closes, and two weeks and then two days before a credit runs out.

There's nothing to forward and no list to keep. If you decide to keep it, ignore the message and that's the end of it.

What counts

Kiwi only uses the dates the shop gave you. If an email doesn't say, Kiwi doesn't guess.

Part of a bigger habit

Return windows are one of the small things Kiwi notices on its own. It also tells you about late flights you're owed money for, parcels that haven't turned up, and anything in your email that needs you today, in one morning text.

How to start

Tap Text Kiwi on heykiwi.co and pick iPhone or Android. It opens Messages or WhatsApp with "Hi Kiwi" already written, so you just press send.
