Most AI assistants are another app: one more icon, one more login, one more place to check. Kiwi is a contact. You text it in the messaging app you already use, and it texts you first when something needs doing.
How it works
- On iPhone, Kiwi is a contact in Messages.
- On Android, or any phone, Kiwi is a contact in WhatsApp.
- Your number is your account. There's no password to make and nothing to install.
You talk to it the way you'd text a friend who's good at getting things done:
- "Book a table for four on Friday"
- "Remind me to call Mum at 6"
- "Tell me when Marta replies about the deposit"
And it comes to you:
Your dinner is at 9. Do you want a car at 8:35?
Reply with a word or two, and Kiwi does it on any app or website. Anything that costs money shows its price first.
Why a text beats an app
You already check your messages. A reply from Kiwi sits next to your friends' messages, not in an app you have to remember to open. And because Kiwi goes first, you don't have to open anything at all until it has something worth saying.
Setting up takes a minute
- Tap Text Kiwi on heykiwi.co and pick iPhone or Android.
- Messages or WhatsApp opens with "Hi Kiwi" already written. Press send.
- Kiwi asks your name, your birthday and your email, and asks you to accept the terms. You answer in the chat.
To let Kiwi see your calendar and email, say "connect Gmail" or "connect Google Calendar" and it walks you through it. Step-by-step guides: Kiwi on iMessage and Kiwi on WhatsApp.
