Yes. Kiwi is free to use. You message it on iMessage or WhatsApp, it texts you first when something needs doing, and it does it when you say yes. There is no subscription, no trial and no card to enter to get started.

- Texting you first. Kiwi keeps an eye on your calendar and email, and messages you once, at the right time, when something needs doing. A delayed flight, a reply you were waiting for, a free Saturday afternoon.
- Doing it on your yes. Booking the ride, ordering dinner, replying to an email, adding something to your calendar.
- Any app or website. Kiwi works with the apps you already use, like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Spotify and Uber. When there is no app for something, it uses the website for you.
- Remembering what matters to you, so you never repeat yourself.
You don't need to download anything. Kiwi lives in iMessage and WhatsApp.
How bookings are paid for
When Kiwi books you a ride or orders dinner, you pay the company directly, just as you would if you booked it yourself. Kiwi always tells you the price first, and nothing is booked until you say yes. If there are options, you see them before you choose:
Your flight to London tomorrow is delayed by an hour. Want me to book a car for 7:30 so you're not rushing? UberX is €34, Comfort €41
You reply "UberX", and that is the price you pay. If the price changes before it's booked, Kiwi checks with you first. No surprises on your card, ever.
Your data doesn't pay for it
Kiwi doesn't sell your data, doesn't show you ads and doesn't share your information for marketing. Free means free. You can read more in Is Kiwi safe?.

Do I need to enter a card to sign up? No. You sign up by sending Kiwi a message and answering a few questions in the chat.
Will I ever be charged without knowing? Never. Kiwi shows you the price of anything before it's booked, and nothing is charged without your yes.
Is there an app to download? No. Kiwi works right in Messages and WhatsApp.
Can I stop using Kiwi at any time? Yes. You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like, at app.heykiwi.co.
