Every order comes with a tracking link, and every tracking link means checking. Has it shipped? Is it coming today? Why hasn't it arrived?
Kiwi does the checking. It follows each parcel from the shop's emails and only tells you when something's wrong.
How it works
- Connect your email. Say "connect Gmail" or "connect Outlook" and Kiwi walks you through it.
- Order as usual. When the shop emails that your order has shipped, Kiwi notes it, with the tracking link the shop gave.
- Hear only what matters. Most parcels just arrive, and Kiwi says nothing. If one hasn't turned up the day after the shop said it would, Kiwi looks it up with the carrier. If it's late, lost or sent back, you hear about it.
Your headphones were due yesterday and the carrier still shows them in transit. Want me to ask the shop?
Say yes, and Kiwi writes to the shop for you and tells you when they reply.
Why only when something's wrong
A text for every "shipped" and "out for delivery" would be one more thing to read. Kiwi stays quiet while things go to plan. A late delivery goes in your morning text. A parcel that's lost or returned to the shop comes at once.
What Kiwi shares
To look up a parcel, Kiwi sends the carrier the tracking number and nothing else: never your name, address, phone number or email.
How to start
Tap Text Kiwi on heykiwi.co and pick iPhone or Android. It opens Messages or WhatsApp with "Hi Kiwi" already written, so you just press send.

Can Kiwi chase the shop for me? Yes. When a parcel is late, lost or sent back, Kiwi offers to write to the shop, and follows up if they go quiet.
Is it free? Yes. Kiwi is free to use. More in Is Kiwi free?
