Kiwi notices before that. When it sees a free stretch coming up, it offers once to plan something. Say yes, and it comes back with two plans, with times and prices. Pick one, and Kiwi books it.
What it looks like
Your Saturday afternoon is free. Do you want me to plan something?
You reply "yes, something outdoors, home by 6". Kiwi looks into it and comes back with two plans: where to go, when, what it costs and what it would book. You reply "the second one", and Kiwi books it and puts it in your calendar.
How Kiwi knows you're free
Kiwi looks at every calendar it can read for free stretches of three hours or more over the next week. Then it checks them against your bookings, your email and what you've told it, so it doesn't offer a Saturday you've already filled with something that isn't in your calendar.
It asks in the early evening, at most once a day, and only when there's a real gap. If it doesn't know when you're usually free, it asks you once.
What it can plan
Whatever you're in the mood for: a walk and lunch, a museum with the kids, dinner with friends, a day trip. Kiwi searches the web and nearby places, checks opening hours and prices, and books on any website. Anything that costs money shows its price first and waits for your yes.
It works with school events too, so a free afternoon with the kids gets a plan that fits around them.
How to start
Tap Text Kiwi on heykiwi.co and pick iPhone or Android. It opens Messages or WhatsApp with "Hi Kiwi" already written, so you just press send. Then say "connect Google Calendar" so Kiwi can see when you're free.

Will it book without asking? No. Kiwi brings the plans first, and books only the one you pick. Anything that costs money shows its price before it's booked.
