Most of the money people lose this way isn't a big decision. It's a subscription that renewed, a return window that closed or a voucher that ran out. Kiwi keeps track of those dates and texts you in time.
What it catches
Renewals and price rises. Subscriptions, free trials about to end and prices going up, a day or two before they happen.
Your Disney+ renews on Friday for €8.99. Keep it, or shall I cancel?
Return windows. The last day to send something back, from the shop's own email.
You can return the boots until Thursday. Do you want me to start the return?
Credits and vouchers. Gift cards, airline credit and store credit, two weeks ahead and again two days ahead.
Your €40 airline credit stops working on the 12th
Say yes, and Kiwi does it: it cancels the subscription or starts the return on the shop's own website. Anything that costs money shows its price first. See every example.
How to start
Tap Text Kiwi on heykiwi.co. It opens Messages with "Hi Kiwi" already written, so you just press send. Then say "connect Gmail" or "connect Outlook".
Questions people ask
Do I have to enter my renewal dates? No. Once your email is connected, Kiwi finds them in the mail you already get. You can also tell it a date yourself, or forward it an email.
Will Kiwi cancel things without asking? No. It tells you what's coming, and acts when you say so.
Is it free? Yes. Kiwi is free to use, and noticing is always free. More in Is Kiwi free?
